Café UTEC now offers a complete line of fine espresso drinks:
Cappuccino
One of the most popular espresso drinks, made from equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and foamed milk.
Espresso
A small shot of caffeine — but more than enough to get the job done.
Latte
The latte gets its name because it’s full of milk, along with a shot of espresso.
Mocha
Part espresso and part chocolate, combined with a shot of steamed milk, this is a great choice if you want something sweet.
Macchiato
With a macchiato you get a shot of espresso with just a dot of foamed milk.
Café UTEC is way more than your average lunchtime eatery. While enjoying a delicious panini, a salad of locally-sourced veggies, or a fresh-baked cookie, you are also showing support of UTEC's important mission to ignite and nurture the ambition of our most disconnected youth to trade violence and poverty for social and economic success. As one of our Workforce Development and Social Enterprise programs, Café UTEC provides youth most in need the opportunity to gain valuable job skills and real earnings to help them pursue positive life choices. Additionally, young leaders are engaged in the building and management of our businesses, further igniting their entrepreneurial spirit.
